DIY Robot EV5 - Programmable Robot

Robots variations:

• Mechanical arm robot: Program the robot to grasp and release the items identified by color.
• Walking robot: Self-balancing robot, utilising a color sensor to turn, go forwards and backwards. Ultrasonic sensor to prevent bumps into items.
• Puppy robot: Can be programmed to identify voice commands, sit down, nod, lift feet, etc.
• Color sorter robot: Identify and separate colored blocks.

1. EV5 RCU Control unit.
2. Large Motor: Angle sensor, accurate to 1 degree. Speed feedback accuracy: 160-170RPM.
3. Medium Motor: Angle sensor. Speed feedback accuracy: 240-250RPM.
4. Color sensor: Identify 6 colors. Read and record the intensity of ambient light.
5. Ultrasonic sensor: Measure the distance from 7-150cm. 
6. Touch sensor: Digital sensor with open/close, start/stop functions.
7. Gyroscope: Provides attitude and azimuth data, with acceleration, angular velocity and gyroscope functionality.
8. Buliding blocks and cables.
