How can I order?
Ordering is very simple with us. Browse the site for products that you like, and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready you can click the check out option to finalize your order. Just fill in your details, (or log in if you are a member).
We will check our stock, and usually reply to you within 24 hours. If the item is available, you can send money with one of the available methods of payment.
How much is shipping for?
We offer various shipping methods that include normal airmail, courier and insured courier. You will be able to choose your preferred method before you place the order. Customers will get to see the exact shipping charges, before the order is finalized.
How do I pay you?
Depending on where you live, you can pay with paypal(+4% of total) or bank transfer.
How long does it take for my order to get here?
Depending on where it is shipped from, it gets to you within 6-10 days.
Where is my equipment shipped from?
Depending on what your order, and stock availability, your equipment is shipped from one of the Far Eastern countries.
Do I have to pay any other duties/taxes?
For the US
One usually does not have to pay any duties or taxes. Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes if charged by local customs officials.
For the EU/UK
Mostly one does not have to pay taxes or duties for smaller items like engines, gyros, servos etc. However, there might be instances where one might have to pay for bigger items. Is the product in stock?
If you see a product on the web site, that means it is valid and should be available. You will get a confirmation when you place the order. Please do not send payment before we confirm availability.
Are the prices valid?
Mostly yes. We will let you know if we need to source it from another supplier and if there's a price difference.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order requirement.
What is the guarantee?
If the item arrives damaged please let the delivery company know at the earliest. If the item is unworkable, please write to us and we will ask you to return the item within 7 days of receipt. You will have to send it back to the address where it came from. If possible, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Warranty for failure, under normal conditions of use:
Electronics and engines : 3 months.
Who pays shipping for defective goods?
In the unfortunate possibility of a return, customer will bear the cost of the return of defective items as well as the shipping cost of the replacement item.
